Cleaning
Any brand or size up to 50T. Dies are cleaned by hand to promote longevity of the existing coating.
Refurbishment
We strip the existing coating, polish the base material, and apply a new coating to return to a like-new condition.
Rotator
We can rebuild your existing rotator (any brand/style) or provide a newly manufactured replacement.
Gearbox
Extruder gearboxes are cleaned and rebuilt with new bearings and seals. New gears and shafts can be manufactured if necessary.
